These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India. The information posted on this website could include hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by non-Government / private organizations. NLRPC is providing these links and pointers solely for your information and convenience. When you select a link to an outside website, you are leaving the NLRPC website and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the outside website. NLRPC does not guarantee the availability of such linked pages at all times. NLRPC cannot authorize the use of copyrighted materials contained in linked websites. Privacy Policy


NLRPC takes its obligations regarding privacy very seriously, and it wants to ensure Consumers are fully informed about the Information they are providing. “Personally identifiable Information” refers to information that can identify an individual such as a name, or email address.

Collection of Information


We collect personal information to facilitate the services we offer during your use of the website and/or through communication you have with NLRPC through telephone, fax, email or text. We may require your name, email, phone number and physical address, last four digits of the Social Security Number, as well as sensitive financial information in order to provide you with feedback. None of the personal information you provide is shared with third parties for their promotional purposes. NLRPC may also collect non-personally identifiable information from Consumers via “cookies” (small text files placed on the user’s computer), single-pixel GIF image files (also called “Web beacons”), Web server log analysis and other similar technological means. We also receive website navigational information such as IP address and referring URL when our Site is visited. Such information may be used to track Site trends and enhance the user experience, and may be shared with third parties in aggregated.

No Collection of Information from Children


This Site is not intended for users under the age of 18, nor does NLRPC knowingly collect, or retains Information from any person under the age of 18.

NLRPC uses Information collected in connection with the Site in the following ways: We use the personal information you provide to respond to your request or inquiry and in the ordinary course of conducting our business.     • NLRPC may be legally obligated to disclose information to the government or to third parties under certain circumstances, such as illegal activity on our Site. NLRPC reserves the right to release personal information to its service providers, law enforcement, or other government officials, or in response to a formal request in a civil action, Court order or judicial proceeding as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deems necessary or appropriate. Should you become a client of NLRPC, information sharing will be covered in a separate agreement that allows us to share information as needed according to the attorney’s strategy on your case.
